MORE® Software, Inc provides a variety of support options to suit the needs of your office.

Options include:

  • Unlimited technical support - $69 per month.
    This is your best value including unlimited phone support, unlimited e-mail support and free software upgrades. Software supported with this contract includes the operation of MORE® Scheduling and Analysis, MORE® Automated Reminder Calls and the MORE® Remote Backup archiving and data retreival software. MORE® Software will support all version of any software product produced by MORE® Software and any service support assistance you may need, such as retrieving an archived data file.

    What this service does not cover - Telephone Training. Live training for the use of the software is avaiable as a separate service, call to inquire about pricing. Data File Repairs. If your database has been damaged for any reason such as power surges or hardware failure or the content needs to be manipulated there will be a charge for repairing any files. Please note, there is no charge for assistance with restoring an archived data file that has been backed up using the Data Integrity Service.

  • Unlimited Billing Support - $199 per month
    Unlimited billing support for the billing module

  • Phone Support - $190 per hour.
    This is billed at the time of service in 15-minute increments with a 15-minute minimum. You can contact

  • E-mail Support - $25 per e-mail with a limit of 3 support issues.
