MOREŽ is centralized around
the Main Scheduler Window. From here you can access the
Patient Record and Analysis Module, schedule appointments,
and modify the Main Scheduler settings. The window is organized
to supply you with many important facts at a glance. The
Main Scheduling Window dominates the center, the Mini Calendar
at the top left, the Appointment Information Area at the
bottom left, and a Daily Notes Box located directly under
the form. The Main Scheduler Window is arranged into columns,
which represent rooms (or procedures), and rows, which represent
time. The time can be displayed according to your preference
in either military time or standard time. Each Column or
Room may have it's own default time increment (i.e., a New
consult room will have a default of 30 minutes while the
Follow-up room may have a default of 15 minutes). There
is also a scroll bar located along the right side of the
form to quickly scroll from morning to afternoon appointments.
This dynamic tool will dramatically decrease appointment-scheduling
errors, simplify running the front office and noticeably
make your practice function MOREŽefficiently.

The Scheduling module includes
fast and easy scheduling of patient appointments,
consults, surgeries, meetings, and other important
reminders as well as a comprehensive Patient Record.
The Patient Record stores
and retrieves patient demographic information, professional
and patient referral data, insurance information,
patient service history and Implant Tracking data
(important for plastic surgeons).
Included in the Patient Record is a Marketing window
available so you can easily collect information pertaining
to sales, marketing, follow up calls and patients
interested certain procedures.

MOREŽScheduling features -
When an appointment is made, it
immediately shows up on all of the computers on the network.
The program accommodates up to ten separate physician schedules,
quickly toggling between them with a mouse click. Up to
10 "rooms" or "procedures" can be assigned
to the different columns. This allows for many patients
to be scheduled at the same time.
All patient appointments and records
can be quickly accessed using the find and search features
built into the program.
All appointments can also be easily
cut, copied, and pasted.
Repeat appointments - For those
patients who are seen on a regular basis a repeat appointment
feature has been incorporated. This allows you to schedule
a patient three times a week, every other day, or once a
month, for example, only having to enter the appointment
information one time.
Meetings and special engagements
are scheduled just like appointments and are graphically
represented using your paint program. The Repeat feature
is also available here.
Daily notes - The Daily Notes
area displays comments for the staff on all computers on
the network.. Here you may enter in birthdays or meetings
that occur on a regular basis as important office reminders.

Graphical icons - Icons are placed
next to the patients' name to offer a quick visual reference
to a patient's status.Tthe standard icons that represent
"New Patient", "Patient Seen", "No
Show, "Left Message", "Confirmed", and
"No Answer". There are also 12 customizable icons
available for you to use that are specific to your office
needs.
View schedule in Daily, Weekly
or Column by Week mode - The Daily View provides the most
detailed information at a glance allowing you to see all
the appointments each "room/column" has scheduled
for that day. If it is desired to see a whole week at a
time, the weekly view will give a rough look at the schedule
for the week. In this mode, a weeks worth of appointments
are squeezed into one screen which can reveal an available
time slot to place an appointment. The Column per Week option
allows you to see one room only, displaying its patient
load for an entire week. This is a useful feature for those
offices that choose to assign a room to one person only,
and then this person's schedule can be seen for the entire
week.
Mini Calendar - Simply double
clicking on the desired day of the mini-calendar will change
the displayed day on the schedule.
Appointment Details - Details
about the highlighted appointment such as Physician, Comments,
Home & Work Phone Number are displayed by selecting
an appointment from the main screen.
