What is MORE® Software?
The MORE® Software package is a scheduling, billing and analysis software program designed for use in medical offices. MORE® software includes a user-friendly scheduling window that allows the user to quickly schedule, cut, paste, and find appointments and meetings. MORE® includes an extensive patient record to collect patient demographic and insurance data as well as Marketing information. In addition, MORE® includes an Analysis module, which allows you to generate charts that track services and revenue generated. |

Do I need to be a technical wizard to be able to use the MORE® Software?
Absolutely not! The Program was designed for users with limited computer experience. The program is very user friendly and intuitive. The MORE® program uses standard Microsoft conventions i.e. clicking, cut and paste features throughout all of the forms. |

Do I have to have an internet accessible office to use the MORE® Software?
No. MORE® itself does not require an internet connection and it will run standalone on a single PC if that is how your office is situated. To take advantage of all of the features, you may choose to use MORE® on several computers networked together requiring your office be configured for networking. By leveraging the networking capabilities of MORE® you can improve the efficiency of your office operations by spreading the workload over several people. To use the Data Integrity service you do need an internet connection. MORE® is available on CD ROM upon request. |

What are the hardware and software requirements to use MORE® Software and Data Integrity Service?
The minimum requirements are as follows:
Pentium III 100 MHz processor or better.
128 MB of RAM or better.
40 MB of hard disk space or better.
Operating System: Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT or Windows XP.
Note if you're having difficulty determining if your computer(s) meet the minimum requirements, you can right-mouse click on the My Computer icon on your desktop. A popup menu item list will appear, from which you should select "Properties", from this window you will be able to determine the RAM and operating system.

Can I use the MORE® Software program on more than one computer?
MORE® is designed to work on a local area network. The number of computers you can run concurrently depends on the capacity of the computers and network hardware within your office. A typical office will have 3 to 5 computers accessing the schedule using relatively new computers (less than 2 years old). The 30 day trial for MORE® is a fully functional version of the software therefore you can even test the networking capabilities during your trial period.

How do I order the MORE® Software and Data Integrity software programs?
Simply go to our order now page and select the number of licenses you need for your office or call us at 1-888-858-MORE to place an order over the phone. We accept Visa, Master Card or Purchase Orders with terms of Net 30 days for software purchases. The Data Integrity service requires a 12-month commitment that must be charged to a valid credit card on a monthly basis.

Will MORE Software Help me figure out what hardware and network components I need to get started?
Yes. By using More Software's consulting services, we will discuss your needs over the phone or make an appointment at your office. After discussing what equipment and infrastructure you may already have we will provide a detailed "spec" customized to your needs. RHE can take care of the ordering of equipment for you or you can order this equipment yourself. RHE only uses brand name reputable equipment vendors such as Gateway, Dell, Hewlett Packard, etc. RHE also does not re-sell any hardware or services ensuring that you get an unbiased professional opinion of what you should or shouldn't buy for your office.

Will MORE Software install the hardware and Software in my office?
Yes. MORE Software has experience in configuring and installing Network equipment for medical offices. We can install computers, printers, networking equipment and software for your office. Depending on the building codes for your office and accessibility to your workstations, you may need to contact a cabling installer to route cables to each computer. For offices located outside of Santa Clara County travel charges will apply to on-site services. Please contact us for details.
